RAVENSDOWN OFFER RAISED FOR K.P.
Ravensdown Fertiliser announced last evening that it was increasing its offer for Kemptlwrae Prosser’s ordinary shares to the market price of 280 c. The market response was for K.P.’s shares to rise a further 5c to 285 c. In general the New Zealand market was weaker in active trading, although N.Z. Forest Products stood out with a rise of 3c.
