Main aims
The Crippled Children Society tries to see that every child has the earliest possible treatment for his or her disability. It provides ready access to specialist facilities to ensure the most effective and co-ordinated care possible. It tries to ensure that every disabled child achieves a sound vocational education, to rise above physical disability and take a rightful place in society, often to the point of complete self-sufficien-cy.
