NOTICE is hereby given that on or after Monday the 12th day of June 1978, the Licensing Authority will consider an application to amend Air Service Licence No. 965 in the name of Safe Air, Ltd. P.O. Box 244, Blenheim, as; follows:— Amend passenger fares, freight rates and freight commodity rates as follows:— (a) Fares: Wellington — Chatham Island: Single — Adult $B6, Child $43. ■ Christchurch — Chatham Islands: Single — Adult $lOB, Child $54. (a) Freight rates: General Freight rates: (Increase 2.9 c/kilo — 10 per cent rounded off) — 32.5c/kilo. Commodity Rates: To Chatham Islands— Bread, butter, eggs, processed meat or meat cuts and fresh fruit (eases) increase 1.5c/kilo (10 per cent) — t6.5c/kilo. Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington. 5169 PUBLIC NOTICE SHOP TRADING HOURS ACT 1977 REVIEW OF "LIST OF APPROVED GOODS” AND “LIST OF SPECIAL GOODS” NOTICE is given that the Shop Trading Hours Commission will commence its public hearings as follows: AUCKLAND: From June 6, 1978 to June 16, 1978, both dates inclusive. Hearings will commence at 2 p.m. on June 6, 1978 and June 12, 1978, and at 10 a.m. on the other days. VENUE: Arbitration Courtroom, U.E.B. Building, Eden Crescent, AUCKLAND. The order of the hearings will be as follows: June 6 and 7 — Submissions relating to groceries and related items. June 8 and 9 — Submissions relating to hardware and miscellaneous items. DUNEDIN: June 21, 1978. Hearing will commence at 10 a.m. VENUE: Magistrate’s Court, Stuart Street, DUNEDIN.
