The books of Quill Morris,! Ltd, will close on May 19 [ and reopen on May 21 for the purpose of payment of [interest on convertible notes [and determining entitlements! [on conversion of the notes; [to ordinary shares on May! 31. Interest is calculated at [the rate of 8 per cent a year; [for the period April 1 to; !May 31 and will be paid on [May 31. The new shares will: [participate to the extent ofj 5/6ths of the dividends in respect of the year to March! 31, 1979, normally payable! December, 1978, and July! 1979. The notes are ex interest on May 16.
