Gold medal to planner
PA Dunedin A Christchurch planner, Miss Nancy Northcroft has been awarded the first gold medal presented by the New Zealand Planning Institute. The medal was presented during the institute’s annual conference in Dunedin “in recognition of more than 30 years of outstanding service and contributions to planning practice in New Zealand.” The medal was designed by Professor P. Beadle, professor of fine arts at Auckland University.
I Miss Northcroft has been a member of the ! Planning Institute since 1947. She was president from 1967 to 1969. Slander THE SCHOOL holidays season is producing- a suspicious glint in the eye of some shopkeepers. A customer in Miller’s mall of little shops reports hearvoice protest, “We’re not light-fingered — we’ve got money!”
