Six-month secretarial course starts July
In addition to its existing courses, Ritchie Secretarial College is now offering a half-year intensive course to girls of superior ability and diligence. Typewriting and shorthand (Pitman’s classic system) will be the main subjects, but commercial English, elementary bookkeeping and office practice! will be included. Girls taking; this course will be expected to sit Pitman Institute examinations at the end of the half-year, and they may then elect to attend for another half-year to reach Trades!
