Public Notices LYTTELTON HARBOUR BOARD LEASE OF LAND AT LYTTELTON TENDERS are invited for the lease for 12 years from July 1, 1978, of that piece of land on the reclaimed area at Naval Point, Lyttelton, containing 6964 sq. m more or less, being that part of the land in Certificate of Title Volume 711 Folio 38 shown coloured yellow on Plan HB 3/A4/8894 which plan and a draft lease of the said land are open for inspection during office hours at the Board’s Office, 297 Madras Street, Christchurch. The annual rental for the first three years shall be determined by tender and thereafter subject to review. The lessee shall pay all rates. Tenders endorsed "Tenders For Lease LB” will be received at the Board’s Office until 5 p.m. on Blay 12, 1978.
