Hall 2 1640 UM A ITI (2) 53. Failed badly at Awapuni in weaker field on Tuesday. Is capable of better and is due another chance.

G. Clutterbuck 3 0000 WILLEM BARENDSZ (8) 52. Needed race in mile on Tuesday. At fresh stage of new campaign. 4 4080 GRACIOUS GIFT (9) 51.5. Battling on Tuesday but is improving. 5 5100 LEGAL COMMAND (5) 51.5. Form has been disappointing since impressive Tauherenikau win at Easter.

L. Johnson 4 0735 SECOND DUTY (17) 51.5. Game run at Hastings on Saturday. Just swamped last little bit and will be all the better for the run. G. Phillips 7 4304 FOGARTY FEGEN (23) 51. Fair race at Otaki last week. Still has the ability and could upset. 8 4000 VENLEIGH (3) 51. Still in fresh stage of campaign but could be getting close to showing worthwhile form.

M. Sloan 9 9420 BLEU STREAK (14) 50.5. Failed to flatter at Otaki after good Waverley second. May be one for the odds.

Could still pick up a handicap. 14 1384 NELSON'S COMMAND (19) 50. Good race when fourth at Otaki. Seems capable of shaping up in class 1 company. 15 8110 WARIALDA (12) 50. Needed the run when beaten

at Otaki last week. 14 0077 BEAU CHEVALIER (24) 49.5. Handy winter galloper which would take some stopping at his best. Still early though in this campaign. 17 5505 JESTER HIKA (10) 49.5. Good race for long way on Tuesday. Could upset. 20 1004 RED LUCIFER (13) 49.5. Useful galloper. Fair effort on Tuesday and not out of depth.

G. Lord 4 31M LAVENDER HILL (11) 51. Failed last time in good company in the north. Has ability though and chances have to be considered.

W. Skelton 5 4406 GAVADE (17) 50.5. Boid race without much luck when

resuming at Otaki. Has drawn out a little but still must

rate as a leading hope. G. Clutterbuck 4 1994 PEARL HAGEN (3) 49.5. Form useful. Chance. 7 2100 CHATEAU BLEAU (12) 49. Handy filly which has only just resumed after injury troubles. Has the class to run well. * 8118 SOVEREIGN SUPREME (9) 49. Has been showing good form in high-weight company but failed in class 1 at Feilding. May be worth another chance. 9 0700 CHAMPAGNE LADY (18) 48.5. No form yet but comes into own at this time of year. This could be a bit short for her.

Failed at Hastings last Saturday but may be worth another chance. 20 0074 ON TAP (4) 48. Could be one for longer odds. D. Withingtcn 21 2119 PARACHUTE (23) 48. Showed promise in last campaign. Has not raced since December at Wanganui.

Won two starts bark in lesser company but onlv battled at Otaki. Could, with weight relief, trouble in this. 19 1008 ODIN (IS) 48. Not long back in new campaign. Fait run at Waipukurau when resuming. 10 8807 MONTANA GIRL (21) 48. Little appeal from draw 23 9080 SILVER STRIKE (20) 48. Has yet to recapture good form of last season. 22 ISIO PRENEUR'S PRIDE (4) 40. Needed run when well beaten at Otaki.
