Indoor hockey results

Selwyn-Hillmorton, previously unbeaten in the senior indoor hockey competition lost to Linwood United on Thursday evening and has now been replaced at the head of the points table by University. University too had to fight for its win by a single goal against High School Old Boys. Geoff Gibson was the outstanding player scoring from four of six penalty corners and forcing a penalty stroke from another. Unfortunately the stroke was missed. Redcliffs, expected to be one of the leading teams in the outdoor competition that starts today was unconvincing against the Supporters’ Club team and lost. 3-5.
