Cambodia lashes Vietnam
NZPA Bangkok i Cambodia celebrated the third anniversay of the Comimunist victory over a i United States-backed Government yesterday, and President Khieu Saphan took the [occasion to lash out against 'neighbouring Vietnam. In a lengthy speech over , Radio Phnom Penh monitored in Bangkok, the President accused Cambodia’s former Communist ally of iaggression and claimed his forces had routed the Vietnamese during April 7-10. A large meeting was held in the Cambodian capital to mark . the Communist triumph, the radio said.
