Rape charge denied
PA Gisborne A mother of three told a ■lower court hearing at Gis- ■ borne how a knife blade was pressed against her ribs and . she was raped on her bed by an intruder. The intruder then bound her hand and foot with her clothes and made off, she said. A youth, aged 18, whose name was suppressed, was committed for trial at the June session of the Supreme Court, at Gisborne. Hei pleaded not guilty. I
