Nuhaka sells some assets
Nuhaka Farm Forestry Fund has sold property to liquidate a debt to Perpetual Trustees and to provide a ifund to maintain its remainling assets. The trustee has not reached a practical solution to the legal difficulties i involved in the trust’s forma. ition, the directors say.
