No plea to charges
PA Auckland A Mount Albert shop assistant entered no plea today to charges of detaining a girl without her consent to have sexual intercourse with her, dangerous driving, failing to stop after an accident, and failing to ascertain if anyone was injured. The man, aged 21, was granted interim suppression
of name when he appeared before Mr D. I. N. Maclean, S.M. He was remanded to April 18, on bail. The police allege he detained Anne Claire Moraise without her consent.
