Greek Magic thriving
Special correspondent Auckland The Canterbury three-year-old Greek Magic made It pretty clear by the way he beat Shai'tan in training at Takanini yesterday morning that he had improved with his race against Silver Wraith at Avondale last Friday. Certainly, if the gallop was anything to go by, the visitor could make it closer when he meets the fine Cambridge sprinter again in the Stars Travel Stakes at Tauranga on Saturday.
