Each Company, however, will retain its own identity within the Group.

Our client is seeking a person with the following qualities:- • Management experience in a profit-making position desirably in the Freight Forwarding or Transport industries. This should not, however, deter candidates with top management and experience in other fields from applying. • High level of intelligence with some accounting knowledge and/or sound commercial experience. • Ability to obtain results through the people reporting to him which includes Branch Managers throughout the country and a team of experienced national operating managers. • Willingness to travel frequently, both in New Zealand and in Australia, and to expend the time and effort necessary to achieve results. • The ability to communicate with people at all levels and to have the necessary experience and stature to negotiate contracts with major New Zealand and international companies. A remuneration package in excess of $20,000 has been designed to attract people who ore already holding senior positions.
