Casualty of fire
The new national director of hockey coaching (Mr Pieter Jongejan) is a man without an office. Mr Jongeian was due to spend his first day in his new post today painting his office but it was burnt out in the fire at 37 Manchester Street on Saturday. He will start his job today but he will not have an office to work in until Mr A. W. Barrett, secretary of the Basketball Federation, is able to find him one.
