Aerospace man’s writ
PA Hamilton. A subsidiary of the ! recently merged Air New ! Zealand faces claims totalling more than $150,000 from a former chief executive of New Zealand Aerospace Industries. Mr Alfred Malcolm Coleman and his Sydney company claim damages and costs from Aerospace
for what they allege are iireaches of an agreement under which he took over the New Zealand company’s Australian subsidiary. Mr' Coleman heads Icarus Aviation Services Ptv., Ltd, once Aerospace Industries (Australia) Pty., Ltd. In a writ filed at the
Supreme Court at Hamilton, Mr Coleman as first plaintiff and his company as second plaintiff together claim more than 1 $150,000 in damages, plus costs and such further payments as the Court may deem justified. The action is expected to be heard later this year.
