DUTIES: The successful applicant will be responsible lor the calibration and maintenance of a wide range of digital and analogue instrumentation used in the teaching and research laboratories and for acceptance testing on new instruments. The opportunity will also exist to contribute to development work on the department's computer and microprocessor system. QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should have N.Z.C.E., or N.ZC.S. (Applied Electronics) or equivalent plus several years experience in digital and analogue electronics. SALARY: The salary scale for Technicians Grade 2 is $7381 to $8577 per annum and for Technicians Grade 1 is $5594 to 57256 per annum. Commencing salary according to qualifications and experience.
