2684 HEATHCOTE COUNTY COUNCIL CLOSURE OF ROAD TO ORDINARY VEHICULAR TRAFFIC PURSUANT to the Transport (Vehicular Road Closure) Regulations 1965. notice is hereby given that for the purpose of enabling the Autosport Club Incorporated to conduct the 1978 Wrightcars Toyota Rally, the Heathcote County Council hereby closes the portion of the Summit Road to ordinary vehicular traffic as indicated hereunder: ROAD TO BE CLOSED: That portion of the Summit Road, front the Sign of the K'wi to Gehbies Pass. During the proposed period of closure, the following provisions wil! be made for ordinary vehicular traffic, which would otherwise use the road. (1) Local property owners with access on to the closed portion of the road, are to be given immediate access on request. i2) Flag marshals ar either end of tite closed portion of :he road are to be in contact by two-way radio, in order that the delav to other users of the road does not exceed fite minutes. Alternative provisions for Ordinary Vehicular Traffic: nil. PERIOD OF CLOSURE: Between the hours of 7.30 I p.m. and 9.40 p.m. on Satiurday. April 15. 1978. It will be an offence under the above regulations, for any person otherwise than under the authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of the closure.
