T. J. Edmonds plans tax-free payments
T. J. Edmonds, Ltd, will recommend to shareholders that subject to the approval of' the Supreme Court the amount standing to the credit of the share premium account be made available for tax-free distributions, in lieu of payment of ordinary dividends, at the discretion of the directors. A meeting of shareholders will be called to consider the necessary special resolutions.
