The Department wishes to appoint a Manager of Hardware/Software Review who »i will be responsible to the Director of Health, ■; EDP Services, for the provision of technical support at both centres and at all user locations. Responsibilities include al) operating, software used by the mainframe computers for operations, data base and telecommunications, operating software used by the hospital minicomputers both in support of the network and for special hospital applications, and the responi sibility for ensuring that hardware and softij ware performance is maintained at a high level. • Location is Auckland, or Christcnurch.
