6.30: SIX-THIRTY SPECIAL. Operation Heritage. Peter Sinclair explores the military traditions and museums of New Zealand and Australia, particularly the Australian War Memorial museum in Canberra.
7.30: THE SQUIRRELS. The Squirrels find the task of firing a staff member too difficult and it seems likely two will have to leave instead of one. 8.00: FILM (1966). “Where Were You When The Lights Went Out?” Doris Day, Robert Morse, TerryThomas. A harmless bedroom comedy based on a blackout on the eastern seacoast of Connecticut. M.G.M.
10-30: THE COMMANDERS. Georgi Zhukov. This film traces Zhukov’s life from his early days as a peasant through to his bloody activities in World War II (repeat).
