Lucky Chance wins Greymouth Cup

! Lucky Chance, a fair fifth ion the first night, came with : the last run to win the $5OOO Greymouth Cup at Victoria Park last night. Settled well back by Derek Jones, while Charlie Wood was setting a solid pace in front Lucky Chance was second-last into the| straight but finished powerfully to take the verdict by a long-neck. Waylynne, which was also giving the leaders a big start on the turn, finished well but could not withstand the challenge of Lucky Chance.
