A huge monster
This huge creature will look fascinating at home, in the classroom or as a character in a play you act. He can be friendly — or terrifying. You need chicken wire, plaster of Paris, poster paint, and old stockings. Shape the chicken wire into a great monster-like form or base. Spread plaster of Paris over it generously. Smooth it round the wire. Leave to dry. Paint and decorate ’ the monster. Twist the stockings through and around the wire to make ridges and curls in the body and legs.
