Arthur Ellis Holdings. Ltd, will acquire all the shares in Robert Laird (N.Z.) Ltd, a Wellington based private company which holds the franchise for manufacture and distribution of Dorma Products in New Zealand. The consideration includes cash, and 550.000 ordinary shares issued at par.
