Salmond plans 1:5 bonus
Salmond Holdings, Ltd, has called a meeting of shareholders on March 30 to approve the directors plan to make a one-for-five bonus issue of ordinary shares. The new shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary issued shares which will be ex bonus on March 31.
