The herd was founded on the Brabazon Strain and lately Mr Allan has been using Sires from Messrs Dickie and Dodds. All cows have been pregnancy tested, with a guarantee given, and will have been brucellosis and T.B. tested within two weeks of the sale along with a mastitis test taken. The herd average for 12 months was a 4.3 test, and over the years Mr Allan has culled heavily. He welcomes any further enquiries or prior inspection strictly through the agents.
