The object and purport of this Bvlaw is to adopt N.Z.S. 4214 and 4218 as means of introducing a minimum thermal insulation requirement for Residential buildings. Further notice is given that a special resolution relating to the above will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on Monday, March 6, 1978. at 10 a.m , in the Council Chambers.
