A full copy- of the proposed by-law is deposited at the County Office, High Street, Leeston, and is available for inspection by the public during normal office hours until Friday, March 17, 1978. The purpose of the proposed by-law is to fix a scale of charges for:— (a) The inspection and approval of subdivisional plans and other legal documents. (b) Miscellaneous inspection and licence fees. (c) Fees for plumbing and drainage permits. A full copy of the proposed by-law is deposited at the County Office, High Street, Leeston, and is available for Inspection by the public during normal office hours until Friday. March 17, 1978. Ellesmere County Building By-law, 1969, Amendment No. I. 1978. The general purpose of the amendment is to adopt the New Zealand standard minimum for thermal Insulation of residential buildings (N.Z.S. 4218 P—1977). A full copy of the proposed amendment to the bylaw is deposited at the County Office, High Street, Leeston, and is available for inspection by the public during normal office hours until Friday, March 17, 1978.
