Bus stop moved
Immediate action has been (taken by the Christchurch Transport Board after a • decision by the Christchurch City Council on Monday evening to move the New Brighton bus stop from Warner’s Tavern and the nearby fast-food shops. The bus stop has been shifted into Worcester Street and will be ready for use by New Brighton bus patrons tomorrow.
I Three parking meters in Worcester Street have been ’moved to make room for the new bus stop.
