PA Invercargill Hurricane Kiwi returned to his best form with a vengeance with a grand performance to tun the Wrightcars Handicap, first leg of the T.A.B. double at Invercargill Trotting Club’s autumn meeting yesterday Henry Skinner had him back in midfield on the outside to the home turn, and in the straight he moved up ta be within striking distance of the leaders but took a wide berth at the same time. He stormed home over the final furlong to snatch victory from the three-year-old. Hurricane Guy, whicn looked a winner at the 200 m. Hurricane Guy had heen up with the leaders out in the open all the way and early in the run home he had the upper hand. He was, however, unable to cope with Hurricane Kiwi, which got | up to beat him going away by a length. Radiant Miss, which had secured a charmed run over the last 1600 m. one out and one back, and was still there for the straight, fought on well for third a length back. There’ was a long head toi
