Hutt artist died of pneumonia
PA Wellington The Lower Hutt artist, Mrs Evadne Pauline Sheila Raudnic, aged 61, whose body was found on October *24, in the opinion of a coroner died of bronchial pneumonia. Mr A. D. McGregor told an inquest in Lower Hutt that in his opinion she had suffered the pneumonia a day or two before her body was found. Mrs Raudnic’s body was found in a reserve a week after she disappeared. Her husband, Mr R. E. Raudnic, told the inquest his wife had suffered from depression for a long while. The situation at the time of her disappearance had been difficult because of her change in medication, which had caused fluctuating bouts of depression.'
Mr McGregor said that inspite of the large number of drugs found in her body, all the levels were within the therapeutic range.
