He also participates in the development of Departmental Budgets, and monitors operational performance. Applicants would be preferred with practical experience, but a recent graduate with some experience would be considered for the position. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Removal expenses will be met for an appointee from outside Invercargill.
