NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by WILLIAM JOHN DAYTONLEWIS of Christchurch, and PATRICIA ANN LEWIS his wife, for consent to a specified departure enabling the erection of a two storey dwelling on the subject land so that the southern wall of the property is a distance of 3.5 m from the Sumnervale Drive frontage of the subject

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by BENJAMIN HOSKING, of Christchurch, Company Director, for Consent to a Change of Use for the purpose of enabling him to establish, develop and manage a Commercial Exotic Forest on the undermentioned land.

The property in respect of which this application Is made is situated at Crail Bay and is at present zoned Rural "A” under the Marlborough County Council proposed District Scheme.

The legal description of the land Is ALL THOSE parcels of land containing together 370 acres and 13 perches being Sections 4, 168 and 169 Block VI Orleri Survey District and all of the land in Certificate of Title Nos 18/694 and 27/15 Marlborough Registry.
