The Te Rape jockey, P. W. Membery; and the Pukekohe trainer, D. E. R. Hackett, have each been fined $lOO on a charge of misconduct arising out of an incident at Te Rapa on October 24. The charges, laid by the Waikato racecoure inspector, Mr B. F. McKenzie, were heard by a sub-committee of the Waikato District Committee. —(PA)
