Repayment of the said loan and interest thereon will be secured by a special rate of .00000013 cents in the dollar on all rateable property to the county. NOTE: It is not proposed to levy the security rate but to meet loan charges from rentals charged to tenants. A full copy of this Special Order Is deposited at the County Office and is available for inspection during office hours until Monday, December 5, 1977, when it will be submitted for confirmation to an ordinary meeting of the council to be held in the Council Chambers, Sockburn, at 7.30 p.m. on that day. FERRIS The Council of The North ( Canterbury Acclimatisation , Society has accepted the nomination of Mr G. Ferris, 22A Taupata Street, Hedcllffs, for election to Life Membership of the Society. The • Council now recommends the nomination of Mr G. Ferris as a Life-Member to accordance with rules 4(2) and 16 which read:— 4(2). Any person who has rendered signai service to the Society shall be eligible for Life Membership. All nominations snail be submitted to the • I Council and on the recommendation of the !
