Taylors buys N.Z.T.S. interest
Taylors Drycleaning and Laundry Services, Ltd, has purchased the business operations of N.Z.T.S. Holdings, Ltd, in the Alexandra, Wanaka, and Queenstown areas for cash and a term loan from the vendor, secured by a second debenture over the assets of Taylors Drycleaning, reports the Press Association.
Taylors intends fo rationalise its activities by installing extra plant purchased under the agreement in its Queenstown premises. The merging of the former N.Z.T.S. with Taylors’ present branch will enable the combined activities to continue, proriding an efficient service to the area.
The employees of N.Z.T.S. in Queenstown will continue to provide the same service to their customers under the new management.
