Tech. Institutes to confer
More than 120 delegates and guests from throughout New Zealand will attend the annual conference of the Technical Institute Association at the Christchurch Town Hall on November 3. The conference, which has the theme: "Apprenticeship: present and future,” will be opened by the Minister of (Education'iMr Gandart I The annual meeting of the association will be held on November 4. This will be followed by the official opening of the Christchurch Technical Institute’s new complex in Sullivan Avenue, ' Opawa.
