NZPA-Reuter Bonn' Seventy prisoners have been locked into isolation cells under West Germany’s emergency anti-terrorism law, and another lawyer has been arrested for aiding urban guerrillas, the German authorities have announced. In a move to cut all contacts among terrorist prisoners and their defence law'yers in crises, Parliament 'enacted the law on Friday as | the Government negotiated with the kidnappers of the
industrialist, Dr HannsMartin Schleyer. Dr Schleyer, the 62-year-old president of the West German employers’ and Industry Associations, was abducted nearly a month ago by terrorists who have threatened to execute him unless 11 jailed comrades are freed and flown out of Germany. Arndt Meuller, a defence lawyer for the BaaderMeinhof gang, was formally arrested at the week-end in Stuttgart on suspicion of aiding a terrorist group.
