NZPA Philadelphia An Australian has purchased Yankee Bomber, half-brother of current United States two-year-old champion No No Yankee, and two other racehorses for 5U5287.000 at a sale Of standardbred yearlings at Liberty Bell Park, the Associated Press reported Jack Honan, of Canowindra, New South Wales, bought the horses on Monday night in the [sales conducted by Harness Breeders’ Sales Co. of Hanover, - Pennsylvania, the sales manager lof the company, John Bradley, jsaid on Thursday. Yankee Bomber, sired by AlbaItross, was sold for SUSIIS,OOO. The colt’s half-brother, bred by the former New York Yankee star, Charlie Keller, has won ;SUS2II.OOO in 11 starts this year. Mr Honam also bought Amber Lobell for 5U592.000 and Caesar Blue Chip for SUSBO.OOO. Amber Lobell was sired by Meadow Skipper and bred by Lana Lobell Farms, of Hanover. [Caesar Blue Chip was sired by ! Most Happy Fella and bred by Blue Chip Farms, of Wallkill. [New York. The sales grossed SUSS.9M for 1.367 horses. Mr Bradley said.
