N.Z.I.G. capital increased
Shareholders of New Zealand Industrial Gases have iauthorised an increase in capital from 55.6 M to $10.6M, 'by the creation of SM, 100 c I shares, reports the Press Association. A special meeting also approved the issue of a one-Ifor-four bonus issue from the iasset revaluation reserve. iThis will be tax free.
