Psychiatrist leaving
I Dr Julian Boulnois, a lecIturer in the department of [psychological medicine at [the Christchurch Clinical School, has resigned — cutting short his three-year term bv a year. Dr Boulnois, who came to New Zealand from Britain w'ith his family, is consid-
ering a position as a psychiatrist in a hosphal in Perth. Western Australia, ! His ultimate reason for leaving New Zealand was the “lack of stimulation” for him as a psychiatrist, said Dr Boulnois. While in many ways it w’ould be easy to stay and be an expert, he was too young to sit down land be accepted as such. He [still had new things to learn.
