Oamaru has topped the country in health stamp sales for the third successive year, with an average of 83c a household. The next towns on the list are Westport (63c), and Nelson (57c), according to the chairman of the North Otago Children’s Health Camps Board (Mr R. H, Watson). — (P.A.).
