Man’s body identified
PA Dunedin A body washed up on the beach at Purakanui, 20 kilo-, metres from Dunedin, last week, has been identified as that of Wayne Ross Greenwood. aged 36, a crew mem-
ber of the Riverton fishing boat, the Madam Mint. He was one of two men missing after the Madame Mim went on the rocks at Taiaroa Head, on the Otago Peninsula, late last month. Mr Greenwood’s body was found by two young people and was later identified by articles of clothing and tattoos, the Port Chalmers Police said.
The other man missing from the boat, John Wallace, of Riverton, has not been found.
