Robbery charge
PA Hastings A Hastings man, James Alan Flight, aged 21. a labourer, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court at Hastings charged with aggravated robbery after a knife attack on a dairy owner at Heme Bay. Auckland, on Sunday. Flight was alleged to have accompanied two other men in the attack on the dairy owner, Thomas Brott. The defendant did not enter a plea before Mr W. K. L. Dougall, S.M., and was remanded in custody to appear in the Magistrate’s Court at Auckland on August 30.
