band is due in court again tomorrow when a date will be set for hearing of the case. While Fiji’s docks remained idle yesterday as a result of the new strike, the artibrator, Mr Ramanlal Kapadia, directed that the hearing on the watersiders’ claim for a 30 per cent pay rise would resume this morning.
