A new secret weapon is to be tried out by the War Office in “Round and Round Went the Great Big Wheel” — the story from “Dad’s Army” on South Pacific Television tonight. To avoid drawing attention to the experiment, the War Office decides to call on units of the Home Guard to provide security and cooking facilities.
