D. Batchelor (Lab., Avon) who asked for the committee's re-!’ port to be referred to a! 1 Parliamentary select commit- 1 tee because of the importance ’ of the findings. 1 However, Mr Walker said there tvas no need to refer 11 the report to a committee, as 1 interested persons had al- 1 ready been given the oppor- I tunity to present submissions to the review committee. ; A total of 46 organisations i and 100 persons had taken ’ this opportunity. j
