Remand for Bailey
Greymouth reporter An application for a remand for Ronald David Bailey, aged 35, who is to face trial on a charge of murder, was granted by' Mr Justice Jeffries in the Supreme Court at Greymouth yesterday. The Crown prosecutor (Mr D. J. Tucker) said that the defence was not in a position to proceed at present. He sought a remand to the next session of the Court in November.
