Capital Air
Sir,—lt is a great pity that Capital Air Services have been forced to withdraw their services to Canterbury and the West Coast. What will be sadly missed is the courtesy and attention provided by the pilots and staff of Capital Air, plus of course the communication link between all areas. This, I am afraid, is just another blow to the already weak transport system between the two islands, but especially for the Coasters. My thanks to Capital Air for many enjoyable flights. I am sorry to see them go.—Yours, etc., PAUL MATHESON. July 4, 1977.
